When you choose us, you join a community. We work with you and other community members to build a network of people working together for a healthier you.  Every youth we work with is a Dreamchaser, and we want every one of them to reach their fullest potential.

Dreamchasers' offers Pre-Employment Transition (Pre-ETS) and Out-of-School Youth Employment services (OSYES) to eligible NJ  youth throughout the entire state.  Participating youth receive tailored plans that incorporate any combination of the following services:

• Job Exploration Counseling
• Workplace Readiness Training
• Work-Based Learning Opportunities
• Self-Advocacy Training
• Post-Secondary Counseling
