We are meeting the needs of our surrounding communities starting at the age of 3 through 21 years of age. Also, see our OSYES and Pre-Ets vocational program offerings.

Dreamchasers believes that every youth should have the opportunity to receive the services they need regardless of their family's financial situation. We recognize the limitations that arise when standard-of-care decisions are made based on Insurance guidelines and restrictions. 

For That Reason-

We proudly accept Medicaid and most major insurance plans. We also participate in self-pay possibilities based on a sliding scale. 

DCS provides high-quality, evidence-based mental and behavioral health practices. We advocate for children and families throughout NJ and provide them with sustainable strategies linking them to ongoing community resources. DCS fosters the implementation of Nurtured Heart Approach and Youth Thrive practices through our highly qualified staff of licensed clinicians (LCSW•LPC •LMFT), Masters Level Therapists (MSW), and Behavioral Assistants (BA).

Out-of-School Youth Employment Services (OSYES) help out-of-school and unemployed youth and young adults, ages 14 to 24, get back to self-sufficiency through developing job skills and career pathway planning. 

• 14-21 In-School Youth 
• Youth does not have to be participating in an education setting Age range for a Youth with a Disability is typically broader than a Student with a Disability
• Youth must be referred for the program and make an initial application with a parent/guardian present.

Pre-Employment Transition Services is a service offering required by the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (2014) to be provided to high school students between the ages of 14 through 21 who have been identified as a student with a disability.

Students 21 years old and younger and engaged in post-secondary training (technical, vocational, college, etc.) are also eligible for Pre-Employment Transition Services based on demonstrated need for such services.

Youth meeting the requirements below should 

• 14-21 In School Youth 
• Must be enrolled in an educational setting Secondary education programs, non traditional or alt. secondary programs, home schooling, postsecondary programs, and all others including through the juvenile justice facility Student must have a documented disability, has an IEP or 504 plan
